L’ex ciclista coinvolto nello scandalo del doping ha offerto la somma al Governo Federale Usa come risarcimento, offrendosi anche di collaborare come testimone in un’inchiesta federale. Il dipartimento di giustizia ha reputato entrambe le offerte inadeguate.
